Question: What is your return and refund policy?

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: We understand that plans change! You can usually cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] to request a cancellation.

If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

In some instances, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, such as custom-made items or perishable goods. We will notify you if this applies to your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
