  • Items must be returned in original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • All tags and labels must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Those that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items may not be eligible for return, such as:
    • Downloadable products (e.g., ebooks, software)
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can return your original item for a refund and then place a new order.

Reporting Damaged Items:

  • Please include your order number and a description of the damage.
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging are highly helpful for processing your request.

Resolving Damaged Items:

  • We will work with you to find a solution that best suits your needs. This may include:
    • Replacement: We can send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
    • Full Refund: We can issue a full refund to your original payment method, including any shipping costs.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged items.

  • Please keep all original packaging materials for damaged items.
  • We may require the damaged item to be returned to us for inspection before processing a replacement or refund.
