- Items must be returned in original, unopened, and unused condition.
- All tags and labels must be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Those that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

- We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items may not be eligible for return, such as:

- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can return your original item for a refund and then place a new order.
Reporting Damaged Items:

- Please include your order number and a description of the damage.
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging are highly helpful for processing your request.
Resolving Damaged Items:

- Full Refund: We can issue a full refund to your original payment method, including any shipping costs.
- We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged items.

- Please keep all original packaging materials for damaged items.
