Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that individual suppliers we work with have their own refund policy that we are obligated to consider.
SHUSHUF will not cover delivery cost for any exchanges if the item being exchanged is returned for preference reasons. We will exchange an item and cover delivery costs if your order is damaged upon arrival. Please provide pictures with your claims to help us determine the validity of your exchange, and to assist in choosing an alternative product, re-order the original product, or simply provide you with a full refund.
To complete your return, we require a picture of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless your item comes with a warranty, we will take responsibility and ensure the best service for our customers.
There are certain situations where refunds are granted:
- Item is damaged or scratched. (Not the packaging)
- Size is wrong due to processing error.
- Accidentally ordering the wrong quantity.
Refunds
During the refund or exchange process we will be in contact throughout the entire experience. This process may take 1 – 5 days to set up depending on the refund method.
If your refund is approved, processing will take place, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within 1-2 week. (This is entirely depends on your bank’s policies and processing time frame)
Sale items
Only payment for regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and/or clearance items cannot be refunded, or exchanged.
